We work for total satisfaction of the customer but, if for some reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchasing, you can return the item in good state and with the label. The exchange can be done or you prefer we can do a refund.

Exchanges can be done in up to 60 days for international clients.

Exchanged items will be sent by Brazilian post office without additional costs. Shipping fees and handling are not reimbursed.

• Return items that have been worn will not be exchanged or refunded.

• Customized items will not be exchanged or refunded.

How to make a return or exchange

Contact us by email to info@minibikinibrasil.com informing your order details and picture of the item you want to return. For shipping we recommend to use a trackable method. Please write that it's a "returning item without commercial value." It's your entire responsibility that the items arrive safe to us. If you want to include new items to the exchange above the original order price, the difference must be paid by PayPal invoice. Please allow us 30 business days to process the exchange. If you need more help, please send us an email.

How to make a quick exchange
If you would like us to send a replacement item quickly, make a request through our website and inform us by email that it is an exchange. The item will be charged and sent within our deadline. When we receive the exchanged item, we will refund the amount to paypal.
Include a correct working email address with all correspondence so we can contact you if we need further information.
